With over two decades of experience in the therapeutic space, I’ve established a profound expertise in aiding clients to navigate the challenging dynamics that arise within relationships impacted by narcissistic behaviors.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Portland and went on to receive her certification in Family Therapy, equipping her with a robust toolkit to address the multifaceted issues my clients face. Beyond formal education, I’ve has completed specialized training in dealing with personality disorders, with an emphasis on therapeutic strategies for survivors of narcissistic abuse.
At Families Northwest, my mission is twofold: to provide a sanctuary for healing and to educate the community on recognizing and coping with the signs of narcissistic abuse.
My approach is grounded in compassion, education, and empowerment, ensuring that every person who seeks her expertise leaves with a stronger sense of self and the tools to forge healthier relationships.
